The Employers/Associations and Unions who are signatory to the Egyptian Builders and Organized Labor Together (“EBOLT”) Substance Abuse Screening Trust Fund Agreement are firmly committed to the safe and efficient performance of work in the building and construction industries. The safety and health of our workers (“Participants”), and the quality of workmanship are of paramount concern. The manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of alcohol and controlled substances - including mind-altering intoxicants - is inconsistent with the achievements of these objectives, and is prohibited in any workplace and on any property where an EBOLT-affiliated participant or contractor operates.
